Bottom Seal - Double Door + Retainer Replace bottom seal with bottom cap seal cap-05 Customer has a Amazon bought genie operator, they say it was working fine, upon inspection noticed wire missing and wall buttons not properly installed, customer said that the husband or the person who actually mounted the operator will take another look at, and to send over estimates for the operator we offer
Customers had wrong springs put on garage door, I replaced incorrect springs with correct springs for garage door, customer had other worn part that look original to door, rollers were pass life cycle, drums end bearings and cables were passed life cycle, customer was not concerned about other moving parts, just wanted correct springs on door. Recommend customer replace all other moving parts on 2 car garage door
Jim On time, ACCURATE, efficient, Polite, good communication, and wanted to give assistance! And Awesome in every matter! Knew what was expected performed his assignment well! Jim assured and educated me how the battery would/ should function and not to worry if battery should "beep" again!! Call Accurate! Jim gave service and another wonderful experience of supreme care of needed products to securing safe entry and safe exit from this home's garage door! A Jim is an excellent example of an Ambassador, Service Representative of ACCURATE! A special mention of additional Ambassadors of ACCURATE DOOR SERVICES WHO ALSO RATE HIGH IN MY BOOK ARE: LISA WHO WAS THERE FOR MY CALL AT 11:00 PM to began the explanation and customized a scheduled plan for me next business day and ok'd door would work for me to get in for early AM!! Like I said glad Lisa was there for me! Then next day another Ambassador Dean who assured plan was in action and facilitated and assured Ambassador Jim Akon was on his way and would finalize and replace and check system out and exclude any further battery concerns! Lucky for me to be working with Accurate Door Systems
Problem called in for battery back up in LiftMaster belt drive unit. Battery beeping upon arrival. Replace battery backup unit and beeping stopped. Checked keypad to see if battery was still strong and the lights are lighting up very bright. Door Restore was done to this door a couple years ago. Door still balances and rolls very smooth. Lubricate door and check limits to operator.
From start to finish they were very professional and did exactly what they said. Rare these days.

Cables going to wall station was corroded We cut and reattached new cable to wall button Gave estimates for Door Restore options and New Door
The whole company pitches to give excellent service. If I attempted to contact someone and they weren't available, anybody I spoke to was able find the info and give me a timely callback. Joey and Cedric had to solve some problems as the installation was in an older garage but the new garage door and operator are working perfectly.
