This job was from a flooring company, and the garage door was not working after. Garage door is fairly new. Door balances. Safety sensor on right side had gotten bent and was not aligned. Forces for the operator were not set correctly. Just safety sensor and Set limits to operator. Lubricate door.

My service was scheduled and my technician Jared arrived promptly on time, explaining everything to me accurately. Jared did a fantastic job installing a new door operator. The installation was done quickly and neatly. Jared helped me set up my MyQ app for the new opener, and everything was working perfectly when everything was finished. Accurate Door is a great company and will be the first place I will call for any servicing my garage doors.

Replace Photo Eye Sensors We did not charge a service call since we were called out about this before and did not catch the broken photo eye. If she needs a new operator within the next year, we will give her 99 off of that operator.

Joshua and Joey did a fantastic job, removal of old door and install of new one was done with care. Cleaned up after they were done. New door looks great! Accurate Doors was able to order the door, arrange install and finish in two days. Now that is SERVICE!
