So glad I could receive emergency service on Saturday! I was surprised and elated to have a good solution on such short notice. My coil broke and the door was hanging . It would not go ant further. The service man Josh explained everything, pointed out the problem,and gave me multiple options . I was very satisfied.

Garage Door Maintenance Service near E Galena Blvd. The appointment was scheduled for the client's annual spring maintenance service for their garage door. As soon as we arrived, we embarked on a comprehensive inspection of the entire garage door system, leaving no component unchecked. Our primary focus was to ensure the safety and functionality of the system, which led us to conduct thorough and meticulous tests. To ensure smooth operation, we applied oil to the moving parts, meticulously lubricating each one. Additionally, we dedicated time to assessing the hardware, garage door opener, and sensors, all of which were found to be in excellent working condition. The client can now have peace of mind, knowing that their garage door has undergone a thorough maintenance service. We eagerly anticipate our return next spring to deliver another round of meticulous maintenance.

Reason for the Visit: Customers Operator struggling to open and close Door. During inspection we found rusted cables, worn rollers, and springs that had fatigued with the added weight from when it was painted. Old springs 21 Cycles, roughly at 15k cycles currently. Recommended Door Restore since Roller Bearings are worn and Cables are rusty, but customer will be selling home soon and decided against recommendations to have the parts hopefully last until she moves away. We recommended the Door Restore to replace Spring, Cables, Rollers, Bearings, Drums. Service Call + Adjustments Adjusted LHW spring 1/4 turn to balance door. Some more balance achieved to reduce strain on operator. Lubricated system. Tested door operation with OP 3 more times to confirm operation.
