Customer had washed one of her LiftMaster remotes in the washing machine. Changed both batteries on customers remotes. Customer provided batteries. Reprogrammed and connected both remotes. Did safety inspection on door. All parts were within their lifecycle. Sent customer quotes for new operators because her operator is from 2001.

Rollers, bearings and springs were past life expectancy. 8 x 7 vinyl back door not used very much and just had spring replaced a couple years ago. Performed door restore on double door. Used cap seal to replace bottom seal on double door but did not have enough to do the single door. Need to return with 8 foot piece of cap seal when we get it.

Issue called in for was door was not closing down with operator. Safety sensors looked aligned, but a little little bit high when I got there. Adjusted safety sensors, and both of the lights went off. Wires splices were corroded and rusted. Stripped back bad part of wire and reconnect and put wire nuts on. Lubricated door and adjusted chain to operator. Door is about three years old and is a medium used store. Estimated cycles on about 6000 cycles. Customer on maintenance plan. Most likely will need to change spring and rest of moving parts in two years. We will inspect the door again a year from today. Customers husband was at premises. Asked if they would be interested in a quieter operator with Wi-Fi capability and sent estimates to email.

I was called to repair a garage door that was not opening and closing properly. I arrived at the customer's house and found that the springs were broken. I replaced the springs and the door was working perfectly again. The customer was very happy with the service and thanked me for my help.

So glad I could receive emergency service on Saturday! I was surprised and elated to have a good solution on such short notice. My coil broke and the door was hanging . It would not go ant further.
